Daiwa Securities Group Inc. established a business alliance with India-based Ambit Pvt. Ltd. for M&A advisory business in India.

The Japanese company said Dec. 16 that it anticipates the new alliance to open up M&A opportunities in India for its clients in regions outside Japan. The business alliance will offer a platform for conducting M&A advisory business between Japanese and Indian companies.
