EverWest Real Estate investors closed the sale of the fully leased Plaza Vista office tower in Kansas City, Mo., for roughly $118.3 million to Platform Ventures.

The 253,720 square-foot, class A property at 900 W. 48th St. is anchored by law firm Polsinelli, and retail tenants include Jax Fish House, JJ's and The Monarch Cocktail Bar and Lounge.

The property last traded in 2014 when EverWest purchased it for a reported $104 million from an affiliate of VanTrust Real Estate LLC, the Kansas City Business Journal reported.
