Pennsylvania State House Majority Leader Dave Reed will join Indiana, Pa.-based First Commonwealth Bank as regional president, as he wraps up his eighth term as a state representative. Reed has represented the 62nd legislative district in Indiana County since 2003.

Crescent Capital Group LP hired Mark du Four as a managing director focusing on private capital markets.

Du Four was previously head of capital markets for NewStar Financial.

RED Capital Group LLC mortgage banking arm RED Mortgage Capital LLC opened a new office in San Francisco and hired Patrick McAllister as director of multifamily originations.

McAllister will help to expand the RED footprint in the Bay area and the Pacific Northwest. He most recently served as executive vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle.
