Private equity firm The Strategic Group P.R. LLC acquired Paskewitz Asset Management LLC through its acquisition vehicle The Strategic Funds LLC.

Paskewitz Asset Management's team members will retain their current roles. Jaeson Dubrovay, who heads The Strategic Group's fund group, will join Paskewitz Asset Management as CEO.

Paskewitz Asset Management is a registered commodity trading adviser with $135 million in assets under management.
