Oppenheimer Holdings proposes $200M private senior notes offering

Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. is proposing to issue up to $200 million aggregate principal amount of its senior secured notes due 2022 in a private offering.

The company intends to use a portion of the net proceeds to redeem in full its 8.75% senior secured notes due April 15, 2018, and pay all related fees and expenses. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
