Dubai Islamic Insurance & Reinsurance allows more room for foreign stake

Dubai Islamic Insurance & Reinsurance Co. (Aman) (PJSC) received all approvals from supervisory and regulatory bodies to raise the permissible percentage of foreign ownership to 49% from 25%.

The change in foreign ownership took effect in the financial market Oct. 16, CEO Jihad Faitrouni said in a statement.
