Tokyo Century to raise ¥30B by bond issuance

Tokyo Century Corp. will raise a total of ¥30 billion by issuing unsecured bonds.

The notes will be issued in three tranches worth ¥10 billion each, with tenors of three, five and seven years.

The coupon for the three-year bonds is 0.080%, while the coupon for the five-year bonds is 0.190%. The seven-year bonds carry a coupon of 0.290%.

The payment date is Oct. 18.

As of Oct. 10, US$1 was equivalent to ¥112.02.
