Peru'sCorporación Financiera deDesarrollo SA, or Cofide, plans to auction 10-year bonds worth upto 50 million Peruvian soles, though the offering is expandable to 150 millionsoles, the bank said Oct. 4.
Thebonds, which will be issued Oct. 6, will pay a fixed annual interest rate.
Cofide will act as the placing agent for the issuance.
Theissuance is part of the bank's fourth debt instruments program for up to US$400million or its equivalent in soles.
As of Oct. 3, US$1 wasequivalent to 3.83 Peruvian soles.
