New York Mortgage Trust Inc. entered into an amendment to the equity distribution agreement with Credit Suisse Securities LLC, dated Aug. 10, 2017.

The amendment has increased the maximum aggregate sales price of the company's common shares that it may offer and sell under its at-the-market program. The aggregate sale price of the common stock was raised to about $177.1 million.
