Compañía Financiera Argentina to launch 2B peso bond program

The board of Buenos Aires-based Compañía Financiera Argentina SA approved on Dec. 10 the terms of a new global bond program worth up to 2.00 billion Argentine pesos, or its equivalent in other currencies, according to a regulatory filing.

The company will offer Class XXII negotiable obligations under the new program.

As of Dec. 12, US$1 was equivalent to 37.59 Argentine pesos.
