Internos Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH has formed Care Invest II to acquire healthcare properties across Germany, with a planned investment volume of roughly €300 million.
Of the total volume, equity is expected to comprise up to €150 million. The regionally diversified fund will target healthcare, assisted living and other specialist health-related asset types, including rehabilitation clinics, psychology units, outpatient healthcare properties and medical care centers.
Care Invest II will target a cash flow yield of 6% per year over a 10-year average, according to Internos Global Investors' website.
