ICE appoints exec to UK clearing house

Intercontinental Exchange Inc. appointed Boudewijn Duinstra head of first line clearing risk at its U.K. clearing house, ICE Clear Europe Ltd.

Duinstra, who has over 20 years of experience in financial markets, joins from ABN AMRO Group NV unit ABN AMRO Clearing Bank NV, where he was global chief risk officer and a board member.
