Charter Hall Retail estimates FY'18 operating earnings

Charter Hall Retail REIT expects its operating earnings for full year 2018 to fall in the range of 30.2 Australian cents to 30.6 cents per unit.

The distribution payout ratio range is estimated to stay between 90% and 95% in 2018, following a distribution of 28.1 cents per unit for 2017.

Meanwhile, the company affirmed its full-year 2017 operating earnings guidance at 30.4 cents per unit in May, while its operating earnings for the year ended June 30 amounted to A$123.3 million, or 30.4 cents per unit, similar to the year-ago period, according to a latest business update.

As of Aug. 14, US$1 was equivalent to A$1.27.
