CCSB Financial Corp. named George McKinley, a director of the company and unit Clay County Savings Bank, board chairman, according to the bank's website.

The Liberty, Mo.-based company also appointed Deborah Jones to its board. Jones succeeds Keith Oberkrom, who died Nov. 18. Jones serves as executive vice president and secretary of the company and the bank.
