Brazil's Sofisa Direto launches bank deposit service

Brazil-based fully digital bank Sofisa Direto has launched a bank deposit service, in which account holders can make deposits without paying interbank credit transfers, InfoMoney reported.

A customer can carry out the operation by generating a ticket through the bank's application or website. After payment at any bank, the money will then be available at the customer's account.

Sofisa Direto offers the service for free and allows the issuance of tickets starting at 30 Brazilian reais.

As of March 13, US$1 was equivalent to 3.26 Brazilian reais.
