Director Keith Jensen will not stand for reelection to the board during thecompany's upcoming annual meeting.

Jensenis leaving after more than 15 years on the board. He had served as the CFO ofAmerican Financial GroupInc. from 2005 until his retirement in March 2013.

National Interstate CEO David Michelson said during a May 3earnings call that Jensen would be officially stepping down this week. Thecompany's annual meeting is scheduled for May 5.
