AEP subsidiaries issue $182M in pollution control bonds

American Electric Power Co. Inc. subsidiaries issued $182 million in pollution control bonds in the first half of 2017, according to a Form 10-Q filed July 27.

Indiana Michigan Power Co. issued $52 million of floating rate series H tax-exempt bonds due Nov. 1, 2021, and $25 million of floating rate series I bonds due Oct. 1, 2019, in March. The company issued $40 million of 2.05% bonds due June 1, 2021, in May. Meanwhile, Kentucky Power Co. issued $65 million of 2.00% bonds due June 19, 2020, in June.
