Moody's withdraws ratings of VTB Bank's Azerbaijani unit

Moody's on Dec. 20 withdrew the ratings of Azerbaijan-based OJSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan), citing its own business reasons, and revised the outlook to rating withdrawn from negative.

The ratings withdrawn were the JSC VTB Bank unit's B3/NP long- and short term deposit ratings, "b3" adjusted baseline credit assessment, "caa3" baseline credit assessment and B2(cr)/NP(cr) long- and short-term counterparty risk assessments.
