Magellan Health Inc. amended a credit agreement with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., as administrative agent, and the lenders party to the deal.

Under the amendment, an indebtedness covenant was increased to $100 million from $50 million. The lien covenant was also doubled to $100 million.

Additionally, the company extended the maturity date by one year to Sept. 22, 2023.
