Boyle Investment Co. Inc. is in late-stage discussions to acquire four east Memphis, Tenn., office buildings from real estate investment trust Highwoods Properties Inc., the Memphis Business Journal reported, citing unnamed sources close to the deal.
The properties are International Place II at 6410 Poplar Ave. and Triad Centres I, II and III at 6000, 6060 and 6070 Poplar Ave., the report said, citing the sources.
The buildings include a total appraised value of $82 million, the publication noted, citing the Shelby County Assessor of Property.
The 210,000-square-foot International Place II is a multitenant property, leased by companies including Jernigan Capital, Martin Tate Morrow & Marston and Highwoods' Memphis office.
Highwoods and Boyle executives did not respond to a request for comment by the Memphis Business Journal.
