Bison Bank SA appointed Fang Bian as the new CEO of the bank.

Bian was previously the CEO of Bison Finance Group Ltd. and a member of the management committee at Bison Capital Financial Holdings.

Lisbon-based Bison Bank is the former Banif - Banco de Investimento SA, having been rebranded in November 2018 following its acquisition in July 2018 by Bison Capital Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd.
