TCS Group Holding Plc, a Russian digital provider of retail financial services, has unveiled plans to launch seven development hubs across the country over the next two years.
The group, which owns JSC Tinkoff Bank and JSC Tinkoff Insurance, said Dec. 9 that the hubs' staff will focus on products for the Tinkoff.ru "financial supermarket" and on research and development of new business lines. Each hub is expected to employ 50 to 150 individuals, subject to the location.
Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, RostovonDon, Saratov and Vladivostok will be the first cities to host the hubs, with others to follow later.
