Porter Bancorp former chairwoman/CEO lowers stake to 8.97%

Maria Bouvette, former chairwoman and CEO of Porter Bancorp Inc., has lowered her stake to 8.97% of the company. She now has 541,623 shares.

Her previous filing, in February 2017, disclosed beneficial ownership of 11.9%, or 552,626 shares in the Louisville, Ky.-based company.

She sold 1,000 shares of voting common stock at $14.34 per share Dec. 1, 2017, and another 1,000 shares at $14.25 per share Jan. 2. The sales were pursuant to a trading plan with Raymond James & Associates Inc.
