* Raven Property Group Ltd. added Michael Hough to the board as an independent nonexecutive director Oct. 9.

* Louise Patten, who sat on the board of Intu Properties PLC for seven years, will vacate her seat at the company's next annual general meeting in May 2019. Patten will also relinquish her position as chairman of the remuneration committee, handing it over to nonexecutive director Ian Burke, who became a member of the committee in early October.

* Noratis AG's supervisory board chairman, Oliver Smits, will step down at the end of October and hand over to Florian Stetter, member of the supervisory board of German residential landlord Deutsche Wohnen SE.
