Report: AllianceBernstein to move NYC office to Tishman's Spiral tower

AllianceBernstein is negotiating a lease deal to occupy approximately 200,000 square feet at Tishman Speyer's The Spiral office tower under development in Manhattan, N.Y.'s Hudson Yards, Crain's New York Business reported, citing multiple unnamed sources.

The investment firm is moving its New York City office to the 2.85 million-square-foot, $3.7 billion skyscraper, slated to open by 2022, along 10th Avenue from its current headquarters at 1345 Sixth Ave.

An AllianceBernstein spokesperson did not confirm or comment on the lease, while the news outlet could not obtain a comment from a Tishman Speyer spokesperson.
