Virtu Financial Inc. completed its underwritten offering of 9 million class A common shares. The purchase price per share was $22.00.

The company used the proceeds from the offering to purchase an equivalent number of common interest units in Virtu Financial LLC and corresponding class D common stock from TJMT Holdings LLC.

Morgan Stanley and Sandler O'Neill & Partners LP are joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering.
