Nobilis Health voluntarily delisting from Toronto Stock Exchange

Nobilis Health Corp. is voluntarily delisting its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of markets Dec. 30.

The delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange will not affect the company's listing on the NYSE MKT.

The board chairman of Nobilis Health, Donald Kramer, said the company could no longer justify the expenses and administrative efforts, among other factors, related to maintaining a dual listing.
