An affiliate of private investment firm Sun Capital Partners Inc. wrapped up its acquisition of infrastructure support services company Cotton Holdings Inc.

Headquartered in Houston, the company offers property restoration and recovery, construction, roofing, consulting, temporary workforce housing and culinary services to public and private entities across the U.S. and globally.

Sun Capital targets companies in the consumer services, healthcare, industrial and consumer sectors.
