Invincible Investment closes on ¥3.58B sale of Tokyo assets

Invincible Investment Corp. closed on the sale of three residential assets in Tokyo for roughly ¥3.58 billion in total.

The assets include Casa Eremitaggio in Meguro-ku, Lexel Mansion Ueno Matsugaya in Taito-ku and Sun Terrace Minami-Ikebukuro in Toshima-ku.

As of Dec. 27, US$1 was equivalent to about ¥113.32.
