Rugby Mining Ltd. said Dec. 20 that it appointed Alejandro Adams as CFO, replacing Jonathan Hermanson, who will be moving into the new role of vice president of corporate development.

Adams has four years of experience in the industry working as the corporate controller for Exeter Resource Corp. and Extorre Gold Mines Ltd.
