ANZ Bank New Zealand to issue NZ$550M of fixed-rate bonds

ANZ Bank New Zealand Ltd. plans to raise NZ$550 million via the issuance of unsecured, unsubordinated fixed-rate bonds.

The bonds will carry a 3.03% interest rate per annum, and will pay out interest every March 20 and Sept. 20. The notes will be issued March 20 and will mature March 20, 2024.

ANZ Bank New Zealand is joint lead manager for the offering.

The company is a unit of Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd.

As of March 14, US$1 was equivalent to NZ$1.47.
