TechCare Corp. named Nir Shemesh to the position of CFO.

Shemesh was also appointed CFO at the Israeli healthcare technology company's Novomic Ltd. unit.

TechCare said Shemesh served as a consolidation and financial reporting manager at a private hi-tech company from 2015 to 2018.
