FLOIR approves Monarch National Insurance's request for rate decrease

FederatedNational Holding Co. said in a Form 8-K filed April 14 that theFlorida Office of Insurance Regulation approved 'srequested rate decrease for its homeowners insurance program.

The rate decrease, effective April 15, will result in anaverage minimum decrease of approximately 11.9% statewide for new and renewalbusiness.

Monarch National Insurance's indirect parent MonarchDelaware Holdings LLC is a 42.4% consolidated subsidiary of Federated NationalHolding.
