Australia& New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. said March 31 that VishnuMohan will retire as CEO of the group's Pacific operations, effective April 30.

Saud Abdul Minam, head of commercial for the Pacific region,will become acting country head for Fiji. The banking group also intends tofill the newly created role of regional executive for the Pacific Islands soon.

The appointments are subject to regulatory approvals.
