S&P affirms TD Ameritrade Holding

S&P Global Ratings on Oct. 16 affirmed its A issuer credit and senior unsecured debt ratings on TD Ameritrade Holding Corp.

The outlook for the long-term issuer credit rating is "stable."

The stable outlook reflects the rating agency's expectation that TD Ameritrade will keep its strong market position and capitalization, augment its liquidity and continue having strategic importance for Toronto-Dominion Bank.

The rating agency expects the company to continue posting solid operating results and maintain a risk-adjusted capital ratio above 15%.
