Cominar REIT's bought-deal unit offering nets C$192M

Cominar RealEstate Investment Trust pulled in net proceeds of roughly C$192million in a just-completed bought-deal unit offering, which it will use to pay down debt outstandingunder its credit facility and for general and trust purposes.

The public offering of 12,780,000 trust units was priced atC$15.65 apiece.

The syndicate of underwriters was led by National BankFinancial Inc. and BMO Capital Markets.
