Hong Kong's Lamtex Holdings makes board changes

Hong Kong-based investment holding company Lamtex Holdings Ltd. said Fan Kaiye and Lung Chee Ming George stepped down as directors from its board.

Fan was an executive director, while Lung was a nonexecutive director.

Further, Tse Ping was named as chairman and executive director, while Xiao Linjun and Zang Yanxia were appointed as executive director and nonexecutive director, respectively.

The changes are effective Dec. 21.
