Sunoco launches private offering of $500M of senior notes

on April 4 announced a privateoffering of $500 million of senior notes due 2021.

Sunoco saidit would use the net proceeds to repay a portion of the Term Loan A that was enteredinto to finance the cash consideration for the acquisition of EnergyTransfer Partners LP's remaining interest in Sunoco LLC and SunocoRetail LLC.

Sunoco LP subsidiarySunoco Finance Corp. will serve as co-issuer of the senior notes, according to thenews release.
