Charles Town, W.Va.-based Potomac Bancshares Inc. unit Bank of Charles Town appointed Lance Nobles senior vice president, serving the Loudoun County, Va., and Northern Virginia markets.

Nobles most recently was senior vice president at Fairfax, Va.-based FVCBankcorp Inc. unit FVCbank.

Jane Sosebee and Mickey Layden were elected to Lexington, S.C.-based First Community Corp.'s board.

Sosebee is president of AT&T Inc. for South Carolina, while Layden is president of LCK, a women-owned project-management services firm, and vice president of Colliers International in South Carolina.

Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First National Corp. promoted Jessica Darmawan to senior vice president for treasury management, while Rachel Wilke was promoted to treasury management officer.

Darmawan has been at the bank since 2004 and will be responsible for managing the bank's e-banking division and developing new treasury management client opportunities.

Wilke has been at the bank since 2011, most recently as treasury management representative for the bank.

Shareholders of Wellesley, Mass.-based Wellesley Bancorp Inc. elected James Malerba to the company's board.

He was also appointed to the board of Wellesley Bank, a unit of Wellesley Bancorp.

Malerba previously was an executive vice president and CFO at Boston-based Radius Bank.

Martin Lespada joined Wilmington, Del.-based WSFS Financial Corp. unit WSFS Bank as senior vice president and director of retail strategy.

Prior to joining Wilmington, Lespada served at McLean, Va.-based Capital One Financial Corp. as senior director of product and customer experience.

Harry Singer is joining Sandusky, Ohio-based Civista Bancshares Inc.'s board.

Singer is president and CEO of Sandusco Inc. and ICM Distributing Co. Inc.

He will also serve on Civista's nominating and corporate governance committee. Singer will continue to serve on Civista unit Civista Bank's board.

The board of Lebanon, Ohio-based LCNB Corp. approved the appointment of Craig Johnson to the boards of LCNB and its unit LCNB National Bank.

He will join the board at its next meeting in June.

He recently retired as principal from Clark Schaefer Hackett & Co.

Pia O'Connor and Breauna Crumpler joined Charlotte, N.C.-based Bank of America Corp. unit Bank of America Private Bank as vice presidents and private client associates, The Buffalo News reported.

O'Connor previously was a sales and marketing representative at Buffalo Pharmacies Inc., while Crumpler was a small business banker with Bank of America in Seattle.

Russell Meyer and Thomas Crowley were elected to the board of Winona, Minn.-based WNB Holding Co. unit WNB Financial NA, the Winona Daily News reported.

Meyer is CEO of California Overland Ltd., while Crowley is president and CEO of Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center in Wabasha, Minn.
