Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First National Corp. promoted Jessica Darmawan to senior vice president for treasury management, while Rachel Wilke was promoted to treasury management officer.
Darmawan has been at the bank since 2004 and will be responsible for managing the bank's e-banking division and developing new treasury management client opportunities.
Wilke has been at the bank since 2011, most recently as treasury management representative for the bank.

The board of Lebanon, Ohio-based LCNB Corp. approved the appointment of Craig Johnson to the boards of LCNB and its unit LCNB National Bank.
He will join the board at its next meeting in June.
He recently retired as principal from Clark Schaefer Hackett & Co.
