Franklin, N.H.-based Franklin Savings Bank promoted Brian Bozak to COO; Greg Legier to regional vice president; and Jon Jones, Ken Sawyer and Julie Buker to vice president.

Bozak becomes COO in addition to his existing role as senior vice president and CFO. Legier, Jones and Sawyer will retain their roles as commercial loan officers in addition to their new positions. Buker will remain retail operations and administration officer in addition to her role as vice president.
