Freddie Mac prices $1.3B structured pass-through certificates offering

Freddie Macpriced a new offering of about $1.3 billion of structured pass-through certificates,backed by floating-rate multifamily mortgages with seven-year terms.

The expected settlement date is on or about April 25.

The certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued bythe FREMF 2016-KF15 Mortgage Trust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The trust willalso issue certificates consisting of the class B, C and R certificates, which willbe subordinate to the classes backing the structured pass-through certificates.The class B, C and R certificates will not be guaranteed by Freddie Mac.
