Brodsky Organization pays $57M for NYC rental building

The Brodsky Organization LLC paid $57 million to acquire the Enclave at the Cathedral rental property that it built in 2015 at 400 W. 113th St. in Morningside Heights, N.Y., The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

The seller of the 15-story, 428-unit property was the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, according to the report.

Brodsky will own and operate the building, the publication added, citing Brodsky Principal Dean Amro.

The publication could not get a comment on the matter from representatives for the church.
