Sept. 27

* Moody's affirmed China Orient Asset Management Co. Ltd.'s A3 long-term and Prime-2 short-term issuer ratings, with a stable outlook.

* Fitch Ratings affirmed Sri Lanka's long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating at B, with a stable outlook.

Sept. 26

* Fitch affirmed Mongolia-based Khan Bank LLC's long-term issuer default ratings at B, with a stable outlook. The rating agency affirmed the company's viability rating at "b".

* Fitch also affirmed the B long-term issuer default ratings of Development Bank of Mongolia LLC, with a stable outlook.

* Similarly, Fitch affirmed Mongolia-based XacBank LLC's ong-term issuer default ratings at B, with a stable outlook.

* Fitch affirmed Sri Lanka-based Dialog Finance PLC's national long-term rating of AA(lka), with a stable outlook.

* Fitch affirmed Taiwan's long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating at AA-, with a stable outlook.

Sept. 24

* S&P Global Ratings upgraded UDC Finance Ltd..'s issuer credit ratings to BBB+ from BBB and revised its standalone credit profile to "bbb" from "bbb-." The outlook is stable.

Sept. 23

* Moody's affirmed Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd.'s deposit ratings at A3/P-2, with a stable outlook.

* Moody's upgraded Jeju Bank's long- and short-term deposit ratings to A2 and P-1, respectively, from A3 and P-2, previously. The outlook is stable.

* S&P affirmed Cathay Financial Holding Co. Ltd.'s long-term and short-term issuer credit ratings at BBB+ and A-2, respectively, with a stable outlook.

* S&P affirmed its AA+/A-1+ ratings on South Australian Government Financing Authority. The outlook is stable.

* Meanwhile, S&P affirmed South Australia state's AA+ long-term foreign- and local-currency ratings and A-1+ short-term issuer credit rating, with a stable outlook.
