OFS Capital board dismisses BDO USA as its auditor

OFS Capital Corp.'s board March 15 dismissed BDO USA LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm.

OFS Capital said BDO USA's audit report on the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting as of Dec. 31, 2018, did not contain any adverse opinion. However, the company said BDO USA's audit report on 2017 had an adverse opinion due to material weakness identified in its internal controls.

OFS Capital's board March 15 approved KPMG LLP to serve as auditor of its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2019.
