Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. said Jan. 30 it appointed Bishwa Keshar Maskey as director and Uday Mohan Shrestha as chairperson of the bank.

Maskey and Shrestha are set to replace Umesh Shrestha, who resigned from the roles of director and chairperson.
