Bank of Jinzhou Co. Ltd. said Zhang Caiguang and Wang Jinsong resigned as nonexecutive directors, effective Aug. 7.

Zhang and Wang stepped down for reasons of personal work engagement and work reallocation, respectively, the bank said in a same-day statement.

The lender nominated Tang Fang and Li Dongjun nonexecutive directors to replace them, subject to shareholders' approval.
