China Zheshang Bank gets license to operate in Hong Kong

China Zheshang Bank Co. Ltd. obtained a banking license from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority to operate in the city.

The license is effective Dec. 19, according to a same-day release.

With the approval, the number of licensed lenders in Hong Kong now stands at 155.
