Investment firm MML Growth Capital Partners Ireland Ltd. exited its investment in Ireland-based H&MV Engineering Ltd. through a management buyout deal.

The management team of H&MV, led by CEO P.J. Flanagan and Executive Director John Stokes, closed the buyout in a strategic partnership with oil and gas services group Novus Technical Services.

H&MV, which specializes in high-voltage electrical contracting and consulting, aims to continue its global growth efforts under the new ownership structure.

Clearwater International provided corporate finance to H&MV and its management, while Holmes O'Malley Sexton was its legal adviser. KPMG provided tax advice and William Fry was legal adviser to MML.
