Ryan Specialty Group Underwriting Managers agreed to acquire all of Interstate Insurance Management Inc.'s assets and operations, Business Insurance reported.

Jack Buchan serves as president and CEO of Interstate Insurance, which is a Johnstown, Pa.-based transportation managing general agent, the news outlet said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to the report.

Ryan Specialty Group Underwriting Managers is the specialty underwriting unit of Ryan Specialty Group LLC.
