First Mid-Illinois director discloses stake decrease

Steven Grissom, CEO of SKL Investment Group, now beneficially holds only a 4.9% stake in First Mid-Illinois Bancshares Inc.

The 4.9% interest in the Mattoon, Ill.-based company represents an aggregate 620,067 shares, following Grissom's Dec. 13 distribution of 230,912 shares to Benjamin Lumpkin.

The shares had been held by the Richard Anthony Lumpkin 1990 Personal Income Trust, for the benefit of Benjamin Lumpkin. Grissom served as co-trustee.

Grissom also serves as a board member of First Mid-Illinois Bancshares, according to SNL data.

SNL is owned by S&P Global Market Intelligence.
